Our client, world’s IT leader, seeks employees for the newly opened financial-accounting center in Wroclaw for the following positions:Team Leader in the Accounting DepartmentOn this position, you will be responsible for full supervision over accounting documents, invoices and financial reports, as well as the possibility to create new solutions.Requirements:- min 2 years experience in the field of accounting/ finance- Fluent English and French, German, Czech or Slovak- advanced Excel knowledge - Autonomy and initiativeSupervisor in the Accounting DepartmentOn this position, you will be responsible for supervising lower-level employees, planning team work, control over financial processes and accounting reports. You will also recommend changes in methods and procedures. Requirements:- university degree in finance or accounting, CPA or MBA preferred - 3-5 years experience in accounting - At least 2 years of managerial experience - deep accounting knowledge is a must- knowledge of SAP is highly desirable- advanced Excel knowledge- Fluent EnglishManager in the Financial DepartmentOn this position, you will be responsible for managing a team that perform Profit and Loss balances, reports, analysis and planning. Senior Manager in the Financial DepartmentOn this position, you will be responsible for managing Senior-Level contributors and Managers.Requirements:university degree in finance or accounting, CPA and/or MBA preferred At least 10 years of work experience in Shared Services, Finance Operation / Accounting / Customer Administration. min 5 years people management experience, including management of managers and supervisors.
