Dla naszego Klienta z Trojmiasta (korporacji międzynarodowej) poszukujemy pilnie osoby na stanowisko: Accounting Manager The main responsibilities will involve: • Ensuring high class delivery based on SLA’s • Managing the business process as well as any process changes • Regular cooperation with the internal customers on a written and verbal platform • Participation in the process related projects • Providing regular coaching as well as operational trainings for the current and new team members • Co-ordinating supervisors using motivational techniques, setting up new objectives and evaluating their attitude and performance Requirements: • Degree in economics/finance/accounting • ACCA will be an asset • 5+ experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role • Strong accounting knowledge (US GAAP) • Knowledge of financial systems (preferably Oracle, HFM, HE) • Fully fluent English (knowledge of German would be advantageous) • Strong leadership skills • Knowledge of motivational and leadership techniques • Good analytical skills; capability of quick decision making • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work on own initiative as well as a part of a team • Ability to work under pressure OSOBY ZAINTERESOWANE PROSZĘ O CV I LIST MOTYWACYJNY w języku polskim oraz angielskim NA ADRES: ewa.koruba@gpconsultants.eu
