Dla naszego Klienta z Trojmiasta (korporacji międzynarodowej) poszukujemy pilnie osoby na stanowisko: Accounting Manager The main responsibilities will involve: Ensuring high class delivery based on SLAManaging the business process as well as any process changes Regular cooperation with the internal customers on a written and verbal platform Participation in the process related projects Providing regular coaching as well as operational trainings for the current and new team members Co-ordinating supervisors using motivational techniques, setting up new objectives and evaluating their attitude and performance Requirements: Degree in economics/finance/accounting ACCA will be an asset 5years experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong accounting knowledge (US GAAP) Knowledge of financial systems (preferably Oracle, HFM, HE) Fully fluent English (knowledge of German would be advantageous) Strong leadership skills Knowledge of motivational and leadership techniques Good analytical skills; capability of quick decision making Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work on own initiative as well as a part of a team Ability to work under pressure OSOBY ZAINTERESOWANE PROSZĘ O CV I LIST MOTYWACYJNY w języku polskim oraz angielskim NA ADRES: ewa.koruba@gpconsultants.eu
